Licence for Analytical Testing

The government of Canada authorizes us to conduct analytical testing activities with cannabis. This may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following testing processes: chemical contaminants, microbial contaminants, cannabinoid content, dissolution or disintegration, sterility, stability testing and/or pesticides, including ensuring requirements are met by licence holders bound by the Mandatory cannabis testing for pesticide active ingredients requirements.

Licence for Pathogen and Toxins

The Public Health Agency of Canada authorizes us as a secure and safe establishment that protects the health and safety of the public against the risks posed by human pathogens and toxins.

Under the Human Pathogens and Toxins Act (HPTA), we are able to conduct controlled activities (possessing, handling, using, producing, storing, permitting any person access, transferring, importing, exporting, releasing, abandoning, disposing of a human pathogen or toxin).

Drug Establishment Licence (DEL) / GMP

The licence indicates the activities which may be carried out, at the building(s) listed, for specific categories of drugs. If the licence specifies additional annexes, they will remain valid until such time they are superseded by the issuance of a new annex or licence, unless otherwise indicated. If the licence indicates an activity of import, a Foreign Building Annex will be attached with a compliance expiry date. This Foreign Building Annex lists the foreign building(s) which are in compliance with Canadian Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The foreign buildings for which the GMP evidence is still under review (or the Certificates of Compliance from the Regulatory Authorities are awaited) are not listed/updated on your licence at this time. Once the review has been completed, a revised Foreign Building Annex or a Supplement to the Foreign Building Annex will be issued. Please be aware that you cannot import products from any building which does not appear on your licence.
