24/7 Sample Drop-Off: Providing Convenience for PPB Analytical Customers

Working hours are not the same for every business and submitting samples promptly can be critical for maintaining sample integrity. PPB Analytical Incorporated offers a secure 24/7 sample drop-off area that can accept both temperature-controlled and ambient-temperature samples. The following blog highlights our 24/7 sample drop-off area and how to submit your samples any weekday before 9 am/after 5 pm or on the weekend.
Instructions for 24/7 sample dropoff area
After-Hours Drop-Off Intention
To submit samples to our after-hours area, please confirm your intention with PPB Analytical Incorporated prior to sample drop-off by phone (287) 442-7378 to obtain a passcode to the secured area.
Notifying PPB Analytical Incorporated
Please do not drop off samples without prior notification.
In order to access the area, an access code for entry into the secured area will be provided.
Follow SOP QA-044
Customers will be asked to sign off and abide by the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) QA-044 for after-hours sample drop off. A physical copy of the SOP will be available in the drop-off area. A digital copy will be provided to customer along with the access code for review prior to sample submission.
Sample Submission and Temperature Control
Samples that require refrigeration must be placed in the refrigerator.
Ambient-temperature samples can be placed on the sample submission shelf.
Microbiology Samples
Microbiology tests can only be accepted only from Sunday 12:00 am to Wednesday 11:59 pm.
